> No. But he sure as hell did mention something about nation/country.
Since when is mentioning something about a country racist?
Trump did not even specify a country. Although it seems apparent he was tweeting about Somalia. Trump seemed to imply that Somalia is one of the worst places on earth. That has nothing to do with race. I would not want to live in North Korea. Nothing against Koreans.
Here are the tweets:

So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly......
....and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how....
....it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!

Trump was referring to four separate US congresswomen. One, indeed, was born in Somalia, coming to the US as a child. One (like Trump) was born in the US to a mother who was an immigrant. Two of the women were born to families in the US for more generations than Trump's family.
Trump was telling US congresswomen that they had no right to try to determine US policies because they do not look like nice white Europeans who ought to have the exclusive right to criticise what they believe should be changed in the US. I did not see anyone telling Trump to go back to Germany when he was criticising the Obama administration. Perhaps, it was because he was not an elected congressman at the time, or could it possibly be because he was white.
