NRZ: check out some "great" customer reviewsHouston, we have a problem! But don't take it from me: https://www.google.com/maps/place/NewRez+LLC/@30.3273373,-81.6646221,16.75z/data=!4m7!3m6!1s0x88e5b7eec293e e8d:0xd71207e2a9eb8270!8m2!3d30.3275765!4d-81.6623644!9m1!1b1 Search reviews Sort Sort Ricky Wills 5 reviews a week ago Talking to a live representative took less than a minute waiting! Asking them a question about an approval, took 5 transfer 🤔 which all the representative took less than a minute to answer but quickly to transfer. 37 minutes and 46 seconds later. I finally got one rep. To stay on the line to explain to the other representative why I was in the right department. 15 minutes later she finally figured it out. Now I have to deal with this for x more years great 👍👌🙃 Sweet Love 7 reviews 2 months ago Very poorly trained customer reps. My hope is that management takes training seriously for their representatives. I called and received 3 different answers from 3 different reps. There is obviously no base level of training. I have experienced difficulties ever since they have become my mortgage service. They should not accept the business if they cannot adequately provide services. Very disappointed again. Update: I just spoke to another representative and received another answer. Management please do a better job with your training as the inadequacy affects customers to a great degree. Totallynotchris 7 reviews 2 weeks ago Customer service rep called me and informed my my escrow has gone up hundreds of dollars a month. I asked why and she said "that's just how escrow is, next time don't get a mortgage with an escrow account." Extremely bad attitude and couldn't even explain why THEY screwed up my escrow. I didn't even use them for a loan, it was sold to them so stuck with awful service. Breanna Mackroy 4 reviews 2 months ago HORRIBLE COMPANY! My loan was sold from United Wholesale to NewRez. I received several letters in the mail from the Homeowner's insurance company that my policy was cancelled. I called NewRez several times to sort the issue and was told they would be overnighting a check to the insurance company. Fast forward 9 months later and I'm in the process of refinancing. The new mortgage company is saying that I don't have homeowner's insurance. I called NewRez to investigate and they never made the payment. Basically I've gone almost a year with no insurance, but was still being billed via monthly escrow. The customer service rep could care less that this issue occurred. F****** ridiculous. Quay Parks Local Guide ・16 reviews 2 months ago If I could give them ZERO STARS I would do so as this is the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with in my 74 years. I’ll be looking for a new mortgage company. DO NOT USE NEWREZ. Stephanie Vega 9 reviews 5 months ago NewRez.... your company purchased my mortgage from Ditech last year. 3 months into my new loan with you, you inform me that my escrow account is almost $4000 in the negative and you increase my monthly payment by $600 a month. I call and speak to a rep and they inform me that my insurance and taxes increased significantly. I looked into that and found it not to be true. So, I called again... and a rep informed me that we received a check in the mail for $2900. Again, not true. So, I asked them to investigate. 2 1/2 months later, after weekly calls to them, I speak to a supervisor named Angelica, who informs me that the escrow issue occurred under DiTech and that "It's not our problem". So, we basically got screwed out of $2900 from a mortgage company. Whatever, you do.... Stay away from this company because they couldn't care less about the consumer.
