Re: Dividend speculation - NAV? - Good analysis w/ fair value estimate of the NAZ

This is exactly what I wanted to know.  So the wildcard are the value of these "call rights" estimated to be at $2.00/share or 13% of the current stock price.

Is there a market for these "call rights" and are they worth more to NRZ and/or some other company?  I believe NRZ's management has bought "Servicing Rights" in the past are the "call rights" different and can you explain the difference.  Are "call rights" the same as "Servicing Rights"?

The value I see is in the recurring revenues and that is what make these "Servicing Rights" have value.  Is there a revenue stream associated w/ "Call Rights" and how long does that last . . please explain.

I wonder if NRZ can add value to these "call rights", maybe package the loans w/ the "servicing rights" and then sell them to some 3rd party.

Finally, is it possible to identify the total value of those loans w/ "Call Rights" and if they terminate (1) over time (ie expiration date) and/or (2) just on a refinance event.
