What I remember is that there was a fairly big GTN discounting going on. Some analyst models had PTLA getting 20-21k per dose after discount. That's what I have in my model. I had assumed this is why some early hospital cost analysis resulted in ~7k hit per dose after 14k NTAP payment.
I don't know what the discount is now, but I"m sure there is some. Kcentra may have some discount too, but not as large. In other words, I think the costs are becoming comparable. If PTLA is indeed discounting 7k, then overall cost is less than Kcentra. That discount may have become less... Any thoughts, anyone?
