I totally agree.
This portion of the quote I pasted "cessation of the drug and supportive care may be sufficient for the majority of bleeding cases" only indicates that the majority of the "bleeding cases" do not involve the CNS. Most other locations of bleeds would not be immediately life threatening and in many, though possibly not all, supportive treatment might be acceptable.
I don't think Doctors will use supportive treatment for the CNS bleeds once A is available. With CNS bleeds as lawyers like to say "time is of the essence."
