I cannot find any information further than that the WuXi deal as consummated was at a 16% premium to the previous day's close. That doesn't reflect adequately on shareholder gratification. At the time of the deal, the company was valued at $3.3B - a considerably larger deal than we have here. Nonetheless, I would place the minimum value of such a deal at no less than 3X today's close - or approx a 10% premium to the existing 52-week high.
Bad time to lose patience here - when this one pops, it'll pop hard and fast - too fast to think to buy...
