That was the point of my comment! Why would JPM in essence buy more shares at a discount if they didn't have knowledge the share value would increase even with the dilution? Bruce said in the CC there were RFP's that would be "game chancers"for the company. I know we all hate to be optimistic with our experience with RBBN but they already have quite a bit of cash to handle current operations. The only need for more would be a truly sizeable contract. Let us hope that's what this is about.
