RBBN Press Release...6-14-2019...Open Letter to RBBN Shareholders, 9:24PM

First of all we at RBBN wish to communicate our deepest apology to those of you who may have assumed there was any real or actual substance in our last 6 Conference calls. During those Conference call situations we are somewhat forced to provide good and up-lifting news to shareholders. That news, be it true or not, is the responsibility of our outsourced public relations people.
The actual inner mechanics of RBBN, consisting of the engineering and sales staff, is fighting an uphill battle.
Try as we do to be original, talented and productive we always seem to fall flat on our face. For years we work on developmental software solutions only to find another faster more talented company has already captured the space.
At any rate, we try to keep talented people here at RBBN but its almost impossible because other outside Telecom endeavors are normally more lucrative, and yes, offer a level of prestige we, at RBBN, are not able to offer.
So thank you for your patience and know this: We wanted to disguise our obvious failure with the word "restructuring". I'm sure it will buy us another q or two. We are now desperately seeking a buy-out offer, but at this point nobody wants us.
