I wondered if DeBonis was perhaps already starting to ponder the sale option? He keeps saying that the company has more work than it can handle and then he puts a $100k of his own money into stock purchases in May. I seriously doubt he put that much of his own money into the stock to reassure investors and boost their confidence in the company prospects.
Make a lot o sense to sell the company sooner than later for numerous reasons - for him personally and for the company's future growth. A larger company could devote the resources to handle all the customer leads they get whereas they can't do that now. Time will tell.
