These best that I am for in energy is that it's sold to a third party that owns 75% of the business and the residual 25% is spun off to shareholders. Nobody is putting a dime in if XON maintains a majority. The IEP I and II partnerships show the risk of ingesting as a minority holder. Big energy will want to own this asset if it could be valuable on day and they most assuredly do not want a partner with VETO power.
