I didn't mean to imply that negotiations are taking place now. However, I wouldn't be surprised and I certainly do think they WILL take place in the future, if not happening now.

 

The company already alluded to the fact that they are/will be having partner discussions. So I would think that it would be prudent to get some feel for potential deals well before they get approved.
