even with a horrendous outlook for the economy- a big bounce is coming- whether crud participates is ? but there are great buys out there while we wait for an inept management to find a shred of competency. The FDA is not without fault- they have caused this problem but can find a way to approve a drug on a single trial for ALS but not to allow manufacturing of a simple lock solution catheter.
