Re: Pomerantz lawsuit

What many people do not understand is that mis-management is NOT grounds for a successful lawsuit. You have to show malfeasance; i.e., intentional misleading investors when management KNOWS the business is fundamentally unsound with little basis for value. Simply failing to provide information that would be helpful to investors (e.g., details of manufacturing issues) or failing to achieve announced objectives are not ground for successful investor lawsuits.

Despite the foregoing, law firms have found ways to extort $$ from businesses that are struggling. They find willing investor stooges to be the plaintiffs. A few such suits succeed, most just go away, The lawyers do OK; investors not so much.

As for CRMD, theres no obvious basis for a successful lawsuit, nor is one likely IMHO.
