Dumb questionSo we recently had the announcement about the $100M shelf registration, followed by Friday's announcement of this $25M offering. Do I assume correctly that these are two totally separate entities, meaning that CRMD plans to raise up to $125 million? If so, why the need to do this separate $25M deal, when they had just set themselves up to raise $100M on their own timetable? Was the $25M prompted by some single entity (partner, investor) that wanted an exclusive deal to get a big chunk of shares without going into the open market? If yes to above, does that mean we should expect to see a PR saying the $25M deal closed, and amounted in 3 million new shares being added at $8 a share (or something similar, since my experience with these things is the shareprice is always lower than the current market price, causing the SP to go down. Sorry to babble on here, but somebody please splain this to me. TY |
