Would an "observer" be considered an insider?... I would assume so, but not being an actual member of the BOD, his mere presence at board meetings might make the board decisions more shareholder friendly when appropriate. And being an "observer" who was once fired by the board he's now observing, he might be more vocal or transparent as to the goings on at their meetings. Kinda like the shareholders fly on the wall???? He just might be the retail shareholder's new best friend. |
