Response to Mr Baluch.. Dear Mr. Balunch, While I appreciate you renewed concern's and willingness to host a meeting with shareholders and representatives of the Company's Board of Directors on Thursday, May 25 in New York City, as a step in the right direction, this short notice leaves myself (and I am sure many others) unable to attend. I sincerely hope that you will consider making the meeting available via webcast and allow questions to be taken by phone. In addition to my many concerns over past events, let me state how frustrated I am with Cormedix's complete, and adolescent, botching (in my opinion) of it's Proxy Materials to its Shareholders. I have never, in my 30 years of investing and voting, experienced such a debacle. I am only aware of the Notice as a result of Edward Jones' concerned ability last month to forward the Important Notice Regarding The Availability of Proxy Materials to me. I have additional accounts with Cormedix holdings at Wells Fargo (1), TD Ameritrade (7), and Fidelity (2) and while I have received no notifications from any, the process to obtain access codes from them to vote via proxyvote.com is deplorable, and concerning to say the least. Nevertheless, I will withhold my decisions until after the advertised meeting in which I hope there is a forthright discussion of Shareholders concerns.
