I tried to read that crap but I have things to do and cannot stand to read thru it all.

 

Anyway, that being said, in talking about the tailings I cannot imagine that that is not overcomeable.  It's the leavings.  It could have something to do with restoring the land as they found it originally but they are doing that all over nevada anyway.  In fact, there's a huge open pit near me abut 25 miles away that they are restoring.  Pure conjecture on my part but if that is what it's about that's  a long way off.  It could also have to do with disposition of the tailings.  I used to drive past a similar type of operation and the settling pools had heaps of "tailings"  all over the place.

 

I have held since LAC since GLT brought it to the board.  I have no intentions of selling any of it.  In it for the mid to long term or until things shake out .
