Re: GOOD 1.50 annual dividend is cast in concrete, both ways, imo 1.50 / 8% = 18.75 1.50 / 7% = 21.43 My mantra has been buy under 18.75 and sell in lower 21s (before 21.43). It has worked just fine for my flip lots, some of which I held for quite a while. But collecting over 8% makes waiting easy while Fidelity charges me a nominal 3.625% (3.6753% effective before monthly compounding). I bought 14,000 flippers in several lots during the December panic and sold 'em the last time it went over 21. |
