Can you explain the significance of what you mean by antigen ratio. Many solid cancers have antigens that are in much larger than normal ratios. Does this present an avenue to go after overexpressed self antigens.
Sorry. I think we are both having difficulty understanding the other. Cancer cells do over express certain self antigens. I was asking if this is what you meant by higher than normal ratio.
By your other responses, it sounds like you are talking about neoantigens expressed through the MHC. I am still however not understanding your comment at all. I am not questioning your knowledge just trying to understand what you are saying.
