Does anyone else feel like this deal stinks? I wonder what Avi has worked out on the back end of this deal for himself.
This stock traded as high as $3.26 last February and has done nothing but set records for revenue quarter after quarter. The company made $.20 on a non-gaap basis last year. I would think that given the growth, the company should be afforded at least a 20x multiple on that, not even accounting for a takeover premium.
On top of that, most if not all analysts that follow the company have a significantly higher price target on the stock than what is being offered in this buyout. Again, their analysis does not take into account a takeover premium. Something is rottten in Denmark and I'm betting that it's name starts with Avi.
