Kim Thompson owns 225.7 million shares. He is obviously in this for the long term. He also controls enough shares to control what ever he proposes at the share holder meeting and he IS the discretionary factor in what the reverse split will be, etc. I agree that he is careful.
For the long haul I put my money on him and the technology. I also agree that he will try to boost price prior to r split, certainly as the purpose of split is to get price to point for inclusion on a Nasdaq or the Am. exchange, which, if I remember correctly, has to be over 1$ in price, and we would want to go higher to avoid the problem of falling below 1dollar and losing listing. Will be an instructive meeting.
