Yep, the world if creating a bunch of 'useless' idiots fully dependent on someone else to take care of their needs.
 
  Stopped by a car service dept the other day just to see what they charge to replace the STRUTS on a car.  Got told $1200 for the 2 front ones, $1100 more for the 2 rear ones.
    Said I can do it myself for around $600 in parts.  But have to admit, not too many anymore have a clue what I am even talking about needing to be done.
 
  Same with plumbing, electrical, talking just the basic skills.   At least my kids were taught to do all of the above, understand it so that they can maybe save themselves some serious money.
 
  But for many?  They will be 'easy' marks for those willing to take advantage of folks.   And the sad part is, many don't even know its happening to them.
