Re: of all the boards... why does this one have SO FEW INDEPENDENT THINKERS??? I want you to be a ( thinker ) and come up with a # Question is, what equivalent would the interest have to be today to equal the pain of 20 % plus 30 years ago. From 1% to as high as 22%, we're at 5% ( home mortgages have gone from $1800.00 to $3600.00 because so many were on variable let alone 3 and 5 year locked in and now have to re-sign. |
