What they will try do is probably something similar to what South Africa did ... force companies under penalty of law to have a certain percentage of ownership for enviros, a certain percentage for unions, a certain percentage for minorities, etc. Shares must get created out of thin air for these percentage claims, because these groups arent going to honestly gain ownership over time, that's how existing claims get diluted, by basically socializing capitalism. Land and natural resources don't seem particularly safe either as they too can be punished with tax or ownership dilution.
