 this was always one of the advantages Sprott would talk up of their structure... its taxed on a capital gains rate, not a collectibles.
 
But of course you'd have to believe the ETF actually holds gold.  Seems like for some here that's hard to do... anyways... you're not going to actually sell any gold until the end of the world, so why worry about taxes?
