A noble idea and suggestion, but IF they were to do that, then ALL surviving members , Chairpersons /heads of the various US Federal Reserve Bank Boards , their TBTF bank ‘Advisors/controllers’, and past Secretaries of the US Treasury would be guilty of intentional malfeasance against the people of the USA.

Now THAT would be more than ‘interesting’ to watch unfold.

As stated above, “A noble idea and suggestion”, but unlikely to occur.
