The divy ($0.09) goes x 3/27. "The Company also announced today that it has estimated that as of December 31, 2012, its GAAP book value was $3.42 per share and its economic book value was $3.04 per share, compared to its estimated September 30, 2012, GAAP book value of $3.31 per share and economic book value of $2.95 per share."
For sure it would be nice to have all of those SEC filings, but the book value shows they are still digging in and coming up with the goods.
We may see some return of capital in this and the next divy, but the third quarter should bring a clearer picture. I'm not crazy about ROC, but CIM is in good company on that.
