Looks like it was also about the time the 10k was posted.
Spin sales have peaked. Expenses have not.
Maybe it was the fact that they lost over 3 dollars a share
Maybe it was the fact that their total assets went down by over 800m
Maybe it was the fact that as revenues went down by almost 400m expenses went up by a couple 100m
Perhaps it has something to do with exhibit 46 of the 10k that contained over 350 of these
Not the only part of the 10k materials where there were a lot of [***]
Why even make companies file 10k's if they can put as much [***] as they want in the 10k
How do you calculate the value of a company when so much of the information needed to do a value calculation is given as [***] ? I guess it's worth whatever you want to imagine it's worth since the company is leaving everything up to your imagination.
But hey, who even read these 10k's anyhow.
