No your not. First, you can't clear anyone. Second, you don't "clear the clutter" by posting clutter as you stalk a poster.
Your goal is to try and "clear the clutter" as YOU see it by stalking a poster and making that person's posting life unpleasant enough that they stop posting.
This is funny because it implies that you think you have some power over people with your postings. As if someone is going to change their actions based on your stalking posts. LOL
