Re: $64,000 question no one can answerare you suggesting that they not market those drugs anywhere? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm not sure how you get from what I posted to that comment but anyhow.... Why set it up that way ? If your going to keep it in a state that consolidates everything anyhow why incur the overhead of two companies ? Two BOD's , Two sets of management, Two groups getting stock options that reflect their executive status. It makes no sense to me. Especially when they did this at 8 and had a chance, with a clause in the spinoff agreement, to sell more of what they own in a secondary at 30 but instead they bought more. It appears that they think the market is stupid and will see the negatives as akca negatives and none of that will be seen as ions negatives that are rolled back in. They thought they could have their cake and eat it to. Given some comments that appear here they may be right with at least some investors. But the market overall ? Nah, they ain't fooling anybody. The stock can still go up but it won't go up as much as it would if they weren't playing games. They are hurting stockholders but some don't even see what they doing as any kind of a negative for shareholders. If they had any interest in what's best for shareholders they would decide what they want to be and be that and stop thinking they can play a shell game with the market and shuffle the pieces around hoping no one will notice the game being played. |
