We looked at homes on Lake Wallenpaupack years ago and while they were old they were very nice but we decided we preferred the ocean and Cape Cod.
I sold most of my INO in the $20s as the run up was too frenzied for me to hold. I am buying currently and building a position.
INO was one of the companies in my Glioblastoma Multiforme mini portfolio, its one of two I owned still involved with brain cancer. Peregrine sold its drug (mab) business and became Avid(CDMO) and has done very well. If INO does anything with Glio it will dwarf vaccine revenues as while Covd vaccines are now very competitive, no one has anything effective for Glio.
