It was asked in Stockhouse if Sernova would list on the TSX, or elsewhere.
Sernova has been planning to list stateside for a while, with the NASDAQ as a candidate. That said, the pressure for such a small company, and it is a small company in terms of employees, always was to get the FDA trial going. This became all consuming and then a reality with the terrific results, albeit low keyed in the press.
When one looks at what Sernova actually has, and to be sure the company has been keeping what it has mostly hidden seemingly for strategic and FDA trial requirements reasons, it has considerably more than recent Buy, Bye's in the U$1 to 2 billion area.
My take is Sernova is in a full court press that will likely end with collaborations, or an outright Buy, Bye. This would make any listing anywhere irrelevant.
When should all this happen one might ask? Look at the three months extension for the warrants as guidance.
