Interest fading, Close $1.26; 370k; 92k Germany; 27k USMr. House Positions: What can I say to refute your comment and what the markets are telling us re: Interest in SVA now it's on the TSX??? I do know, behind the scenes, everyone is working their posteriors off trying to get support from Institutions and New Money. This is especially so with 10's of millions of warrants coming due for exercise 16, 31 August and 22 September. Typically, shares are sold, or even shorted [with warrant used to cover the short] to cover the cost. My Guesstimate of the number of shares to be sold, or shorted to cover the cost of exercising the warrants is several million. The message to Sernova is to get "something" out to generate interest to avoid another implosion like we recently had. This illustrates yet again that Timeline is important to a company's share price. Dawdling along in shareholder's time has ramifications. All shareholders are now paying the price for lack of timeliness. To be sure, The Science is Rock Solid, which will eventually be the saving grace, BUT it's insufficient to maintain, or increase interest, especially with the warrants coming due. One hypothesis is "some" Institutions and New Money are waiting to scoop up shares cheaply from loose hands. It wouldn't surprise me if "some" are aiding and abetting the matter by even selling short. A link in a recent post [Link: https://shortdata.ca/stock/SVA.TO ] suggests the amount of shorting of Sernova shares is considerable, which will hurt the share price. Because shorts must be covered, game changing news would fix that problem even for those shorting and using the warrant to cover. Buying volume would sweep the problem away. Unfortunately, I see nothing from Sernova within the next few months to address this matter. Too bad... Today, your House Positions show decent institutional interest from Leede & Pershing in particular. However, Anonymous (001) sold about half of all sells, Not a good sign! This means Sernova must do more to get the message out and to generate more enthusiasm by providing new material that it's been avoiding releasing. If you hide everything under a bushel, how are investors to know? SVA closed at $1.26 on 370k [92k Germany; 27k US]. CIBC and last trade at 15:59:59 is back by popular demand. What more can one say? One can't make a purse out of a sow's ear! The pharmaceuticals we follow show that SVA is the sole one out of step [again], very telling that the problem is specific to Sernova and not the industry! The Level II at the Close [short term thinness that aids present share price drop] and One Year Chart [longer term] show a sad story from a share price perspective. SGTX, OCGN, SANA and EVO have all done worse over one year. The rest have done much better. With the lack of liquidity, shareholders have one option only: "to wait for Science to win out". I hope management can turn the Good Ship Sernova around soon! "Smarter", not "Harder", please! jwall --------------------------------------- Sent: 6/22/2022 5:54:29 PM Subject: I thought interest in SVA would increase moving to the Big Board More like the "Big Bored" if you ask me...
