SVA Market Summary and House Positions "911"
Ladies & Gentlemen:
Thanks to my friend for the House Positions on a huge (2.5 million shares) trading day!
My friend said I was TOUGH to hang in there with Sernova. I told him that I wasn't sure "TOUGH" is the right choice of word... patient, crazy, clairvoyant might be better ones depending on how the eventual share price turns out.
I also said that I believe the Vertex Vortex on SEMMA truly has created a high bar and gives a very rough idea of the potential valuation for Sernova. There's no guarantee that it gets there, but it is indicative of where it could go and even possibly exceed because of the multiple applications of The Pouch (Diabetes, Hemophilia, Thyroid, Parkinson's et al). 🤔
As for today, Canada traded over 2.5 million shares, Germany 160k and the USA zilch (back to the tavern now that Dorian has come and gone... ).
Interestingly enough, the Bah Humbug gang (001, 002 and friends) tried valiantly to hold the price down. They succeeded in part by bringing it down to the closing price of 20.5 from the high of 22. Once the mopping up of these "loose" shares is done, we might get some big moves providing there's sufficiently positive news. The big hurdle is likely 25 cents, but, should we bust that with vigor, the elevator is going up.
It is interesting that the 464k Bid - 76k Ask at the close suggests strong support to lessen downside and less resistance to the upside. To be sure, matters with any stock, especially penny juniors, can change in a nanosecond, BUT... looking good "now"... several large five and six figure blocks changed hands today...
The 313 transactions for the full 2.5 million shares and 207 trades for the 1.5 million shares on The TSXV suggest strong interest. RBC (002) was kiting shares to its ally Anonymous (001) at a phenomenal rate at 22 cents in numerous small transactions... suggestive of computer trading... The Baystreet link below shows just the last 50 trades, but it illustrates the point.
