The Opportunity ImmunoGen is seeking an experienced leader with strong transaction experience to join its business development group in a highly visible role. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, the Sr. Director, Business Development will partner with the senior leadership team to continuously evolve our business strategy and to identify, prioritize and close transactions in support of our strategic initiatives. This will include assuming a leadership role to plan, initiate, negotiate and close deals which may include in-licensing, out-licensing, collaborations, and mergers & acquisitions. Activities will also include developing sound and persuasive business cases, managing due diligence, conducting corresponding valuation analyses, and structuring and negotiating transactions.
