  • Membership Drive Update: In the first 48 hours we've hit almost 20% of our goal. An encouraging start to be sure, but we can't stop now. We need to pull enough subscription revenue forward to counter severe cash flow deficits resulting from a dramatic slow-down in ad spend thanks to the global pandemic which shows no signs of letting up in the near-term. We're doing everything in our power to keep our heads above some very choppy water, but we can't do it alone. We need your help. So if you've ever thought about giving our premium service a try, there's no better time to do it than right now by taking advantage of one of our discounted multi-year plans. Thanks in advance for your continued loyalty & support!

Re: IMGN expects to raise 90.6M and priced at 4.25/share

Companies think of shareholders last unless a major shareholder or 2 has a board seat like the baker brothers at SGEN or VenBio
at IMMU. Iíve owned shares of a Med device company that said every move was best for shareholders as they ended up selling to Aesculap in bankruptcy court and the retail investors are last in line.

Ernie is correct in saying that acted now in case things donít go as plan. Enyedy was a deal
Maker at shire and has sold some assets in past. Lately, he hasnít been able to get any deals done. Letís see if he held a surprise for the new holders as of this offering to give them some value. .

Jazz and Sorvaya have been pleasant surprises, letís hope there is more in store!

Feels like itís going to be a long drought til 2021 though.
