The last day's closing price was $4.20 which is about 4 cents in DXE terms. It's been in a halt all morning so far and the bid ask as of 11am is $4.50.

The guys at Spartan Delta are on the ball and have proven that they can take energy companies to high places. Because of this, I think there's something very good behind the halt. Possibly an acquisition (something they're good at) or maybe they are being bought out?

Whatever, anyone still holding their DXE shares might be getting an opportunity to finally sell. Just speculating, but maybe.
