 Why would you expect anything different from him??   Thats how far too many of them ARE.   I suspect from interacting with many over the years, that many of them aren't even aware of what 'reality' is cause they do live in a world that they 'want' to see/believe exists.

 

  And its really easy when its a world based on what they are told to believe vs one based on 'facts/truths'.
