For that to be a solution, you have to provide some numbers. Carbon capture uses a lot of energy. How much energy will be required to remove all the CO2 the human race is adding to the atmosphere? You don't know. You have no idea. How many carbon capture facilities will be needed? How much will each facility cost?
Nor does the technology actually exist yet, so why do you propose it as a solution when you don't even know if it is feasible?
