I'm glad this idea has been abandoned. I think you will find that most environmentalists agree. Pumping CO2 underground was never a good idea, and it came from your side in the first place.
We advocate minimizing the use of fossil fuels for energy production, which means replacing coal and oil fired electric plants with solar, wind, and new generation nuclear, and replacing the internal combustion engine in private vehicles with full electric power. These are the solutions the world is wholeheartedly embracing, so spending money on carbon capture is superfluous.
