Re: Consumer & Mfg Partner
Agreed. That development and licensing agreement was announced late October 2017. In the 2018 10-K, they attributed even higher SG&A expenses (compared to 2017) for negotiations with prospective consumer customers/mfg partners. The 2017 agreement would have laid the groundwork for the next stage of engagement if the consumer customer was actually pursuing use of EMAN technology (as opposed to just taking a placeholder). The words used to describe the drop in 2019 SG&A expenses in this area suggests something moved to a state of completion with a customer. That, coupled with Sculley's ongoing reference to the 2017 license agreement, says there's a "done deal" behind the scenes. Sculley would not keep mentioning this 2017 agreement if there was nothing to it.
