That is a valid point about dilution price. I have to admit that if the management promoted the stock - the volume would've been much higher and the insiders wouldn't be able to push the stock down to get a better conversion price.
But if the company keeps losing money and has one snafu after another and is diluting constantly - investors become immune to the promotion and would sell regardless of what the company is saying about the future.
I had to buy more in the past two months so I could take advantage of the artificially low price. So for me personally - it was a wash. I just hope there won't be anymore dilutions and that depends solely on how the company is doing (not bleeding money anymore) and not on how someone is thinking it is doing.
