Someone still having hope means someone might dump his shares when he loses his hope.
The ideal situation is when everyone lost any hope which means everyone has sold and this is the bottom. Provided the company survives, of course.

You don't think they are going to use 2 days of SID to sign a 300 page long contract, do you? If there is something that comes out of SID, we might find out a year or two later.

RS is a possibility, but I doubt it will have any negative impact on the stock price.
Shorts could've try to scare remaining longs into selling and the price could dip for a short time, but the shorts are actively covering and the short position is very small now so they might not even try to play games.

Dilution is possibility, but it all depend on their earnings or lack of. This is the only thing that matters. Not promotion, not RS, not anything. Earnings. They will take care of the stock price.
