Wheat and chaff.RTEC spins it one way, SDC another. No surprise there. One is a potential seller, the other a buyer. One always sees the rose gardens, the other the sewage lagoons. It is the way.... RTEC included samples of material that reduce the overall grade (if you look at the total tonnage), SDC says just look at the EJF, because that's where the diamonds are, and what they used during the economics. But, cut to the chase, and what do we have? Well, VERY EARLY results from a single hole of a 10 hole program. VERY EARLY, but CONFIRMING 14 CPHT, which is the grade used on the PEA. Rio Tinto came here, and entered this agreement, based on numbers they had been looking at for years. 14 CPHT. So, ASSUMING Rio can live with 14 CPHT, (and they can) this EARLY RESULT is very comforting. We will see as more is revealed...... Next??? is the injunction ruling. That will be another interesting day. A some point (hopefully soon?) Rio may make their grand plan public here. This may not be for a year or two, but could come anytime, if Rio sees advantage. We will see. So far, cautious optimism???? |
