You seem to overlook the SCOTUS precedent referred to as "Stare Decisis", i.e., that you respect the previous decisions of the courts. The original decision was only flawed in the minds of the religious right, the male chauvinists, racists, Fox news, right wing press and the Trump supporters. A decision that has been in existence for over 50 years and has more to do with the individual rights of women to control their medical health than anything else. The three Trump appointees to SCOTUS all lied about what they would do about Roe v Wade when they said that they would respect previous decisions as per "Stare Decisis" just to get that cushy job on SCOTUS. This decision is not in the best interests of the public at large and certainly affects women, especially those of colour. It also has a serious impact on certain types of medical emergency birth related procedures that will be deemed to be abortion related procedures. Is a women to be forced to carry a fetus with a brain outside of its skull to full term only to have it still born when it could have been terminated earlier so as not to impact the physical and mental health of the women and her family for several months?
