The problem is what they consider a "secure portal" . It usually amounts to a "pain in the ass" where you have to sign in and have a password for some site you go to once a year and that no one will remember from one year to the next. This is the reason I still get most bills and credit card statements by paper mail. paper mail - you open it, see it, pay it. Electronic statement - you get a useless email, have to log it to some site, have to click further to try and see your statement, and then have to log into your bank to pay it. No thanks - I will take paper.
