Re: Property REITs havent touched this sector in years I did miss some gains but I view the sector as providing 2/3 of return as income and 1/3 as gain in portfolio value It hasnt been that for a long time. most good ones are regularly pruning the portfolio and trying to upgrade. hotels usually do this to excess. I find the sector absurdly expensive now |
