I wish we knew what exactly MSFT is paying MVIS so instead of a WAG I could answer that question, LOL.
Once IVAS is in the field and in the "delicate" hands of the troops we will know if it delivers on all its promises as I personally think it will . If it does so we will finally see the end of the remainder of the $10M upfront payment and some real revenues.
Furthermore the Russian regression in Ukraine has been a wake up call to NATO and some of the Russia bordering states such as Finland and that means upgrading their equipment with the likes of IVAS which can be used with various drones now shown to be successful against not only the Taliban but the semi, they are using old armor Warsaw Pact armor, modern Russian army.
From me, who was a once upon a time Armor Officer, and a professional soldier in combat, the Russian Army, from top to bottom is an excellent example of how not to fight a modern war. They are truly pathetic, which is good news for the Ukrainians and us.
