Re: Energy Summary - 10th WTI has opened down again I have found a direct correlation between retail pumping of oil and WTI the bullish posts calling for ever higher prices have been a frenzy on day trading board. of course, they get the most recs:) and retail is usually wrong the algos are trading the names, tick for tick with oil there is no big insty coming in to blow them away and that is a critical issue as the names are still mostly retail owned. cheer leading doesnt make a stock go up nor does failing to admit your modeling error as romm did on the OBE bull only posts private board . retail can choose to be smart retail or dumb retail hedge funds and insty prey on dumb retail |
