26 patents many with no prior art questions at all - unheard of for a company this size. Many can try to develop 3D mapping systems - but JNJ and others have tried to improve signaling for over a decade - some private companies have tried and failed and others continue to mostly do new mapping systems - with founders leaving after failures and more funding needed.
New mapping system manufacturers - even if successful - just create more companies in need of the BioSig patented signaling expertise. Dr Natale has seen the others in works - has chose BioSig. Brenyo and Miller both said - nothing in development comes close - and the companies patent attorneys and Board member Andrew along with the inventor of PURE EP keep an eye out for signaling patent applications - there are none out there that comes close to what BSGM has - sure there is some private ventures developing some 3D mapping and other enhancements to JNJ's cardo system - may be a threat to JNJ - but just another private company with failures and restructured financings that if successful will need BSGM technology on the signal side.
Met Andrew Filler at HRS - said the BSGM patent applications were among the best he has ever seen. Has been stunned with the lack of questions by the patent office before approval. 26 and counting.
